Glenn Neo is the Founder of a social investment and advisory club since 2012, known as Club Sorcerers. This is a group of angel investors and keen advisors who want to contribute to young and/ or emerging organisations. Towards the end of 2015, Glenn and the Pioneer Members decided to incorporate this Club as Vitki Ventures, offering investments and advisory services.
Glenn possesses a hybrid set of knowledge and experience in accounting/ finance, with 16 years experience in general management, business development and technology. Glenn was the Senior Vice President of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Technology division, and headed the department of Enterprise Systems, Risks and Regulatory Management Solutions. Prior to this role, Glenn was an Executive Director with Russell Reynolds Associates, where he focused on C-level assignments across Asia for Technology and Singapore-Inc clients.Glenn started his career with global technology and consulting firm, Accenture, with a focus in telecommunications and public sector clients.
Glenn is a certified project manager and has delivered complex technology consultancy and implementation projects in various industries including telecommunications, tax/ revenue, defence, HR, finance and sustainability. Glenn has extensive technical experience in J2EE and .NET, SAP, across varied hardware and software infrastructure. He has also led competitive business development campaigns in Singapore and ASEAN region. With a hybrid of technology sales and delivery experience, Glenn delivered unique value and outcomes to his clients. Glenn graduated from the Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor in Accountancy (Honours).
Glenn has taken an investment interest across Defense and Security, Health and Medical and Financial Services Technology.
