Julien Le Noble is a Managing Partner of L2 Properties LLC and has been an active real estate investor for over a decade with experience in France, Asia and the US (Chicago). He combines his passion for real estate with a successful career in financial services which translates into a unique perspective and experience for the development of L2’s real estate business and investment strategies.
Prior to co-founding L2 Properties, Julien spent 20 years in the investment banking and financial services industry across the US, UK, Japan and Asia. During this time he served in leadership positions where he was responsible for the direct management and development of regional business units, most recently as the Senior Managing Director, Head of Asia for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME Group). He is also founder of Metis Partners Pte Ltd and co-founder of Prime Investment Group Pte Ltd, business management and investment companies, as well as a contributor and volunteer to various charities including the Singapore Children Society, a charitable organization which looks after the welfare of children.
Julien’s academic background includes two Masters Degrees (in Finance and in Economics) and he is a Certified Public Accountant in the U.S. (Illinois State).
